Time for a Chase for the Championship Rules Change?

Seems that public opinion says it's time for NASCAR to tweak some of the rules for the Chase for the Championship. What do you think? Is it time for a rules change? What should be done?

3. Eliminate the Chase. Though I'm not a big fan of Jeff Gordon, I know he has been robbed of two championships because of the "Chase." Just check out the "Classic" non-Chase points for 2007 and 2004 (Jayski's). He should have been going into 2008 challenging to tie Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt for 7 championships.
