New Allstate NASCAR-themed print campaign features Evernham Motorsports
drivers together with actual agents, claims representatives and
NORTHBROOK, Ill. - Recognizing that great driving can
occur at speeds of 185 miles per hour down the home stretch of a
superspeedway or at 35 miles per hour on a quiet city street, Allstate
Insurance Company has launched a national print advertising campaign
featuring NASCAR(R) drivers together with real-life Allstate(R) agents,
claims representatives and customers.
The campaign, which debuts this spring and runs throughout the year,
showcases Evernham Motorsports NASCAR NEXTEL Cup drivers Kasey Kahne,
Elliott Sadler and Scott Riggs standing next to actual Allstate agents,
claims representatives and customers, with the tagline, 'Proud sponsor
of the best drivers in the world.' Allstate, the official insurance
sponsor of NASCAR and Evernham Motorsports, is using the ads to promote
its Your Choice Auto(R) Insurance, which offers special rewards to
consumers who drive safely and better protection if they aren't able to

The ads were created by Leo Burnett and shot at Lowe's Motor Speedway in
Concord, N.C. in January. The first three ads will break on a cover
wrap in an upcoming NASCAR Scene magazine, with these and others
appearing throughout the 2007 NASCAR season in select national sports
publications, including Sports Illustrated and ESPN The Magazine, and
The first print ad features Kahne, a seven-time Cup Series winner, and
Allstate Agent Christy Kilpatrick, from Lawrenceville, Ga., who has over
2,000 customers. Another ad features Sadler, a three-time Cup Series
winner, with Allstate customer Tim Corcoran, from New York City. The
third ad features Kahne, Sadler and Riggs, along with Allstate customer
David Wolf of Dallas. Customers featured in the campaign were selected
based on a nationwide open casting call and each is an actual Your
Choice Auto(R) Insurance policy holder with Allstate.
