Latest word has Evernham Motorsports buying Petty Enterprises...

Word has it Evernham Motorsports is looking into pruchasing Petty Enterprises. This could be the best thing to happen to the Petty racing camp. Kyle has managed to run the whole operation into the ground in his tenure as manager/driver. If Evernham came in, would Kyle be gone? Hopefully so.

1. As much as Kyle has been slamming companies that "sell out" on trading paint, I would think that he'd be quite the double talker to turn right around and do the same thing.

But, on a business side - I think it would be a great match for them to come in.

It's all about money these days and if you don't have it - then you don't have the pretty cars that shine.

2. If you heard Ray & Kyle on TV there is no "Buy-Out" They are going to be working together. As in == Petty is using Ray's engines for most of this season. They will be swaping info. etc & chassie "No How" They will still remain two seperate *** At least this is what I heard them say..
